Torrey Pines Cliffside Beach Engagement Session | Southern California
Just getting around to blogging this summer engagement session! Cindy really wanted to find a spot that had a foresty feel and a beach feel…in Southern California that is something that is fairly easy to find. We came up with Torrey Pines in San Diego, CA area and the photos speak for themselves. Cindy’s orange Free People dress complemented the pale ocean blue so beautifully!
This was the outfit to pack the punch. I’ll suggest that to my clients, to choose something that packs a punch!
It could be a bold color in outfit choice, a bold lip color or a denim jacket or leather jacket would do the job too. I also always suggest choosing at least one casual or semi-casual look that you feel comfortable in and the most like you! When you feel comfortable, that comes across in photos. I also suggest you have time to try your outfits on ahead of time, avoid ordering clothes online without time to try them on or time to change your mind should you not like the way it fits. If you feel confident, that also shows in photos!
I always recommend to my couples to choose a neutral color palette for at least one of the looks, a palette that matches the environment we’ll be in usually looks really great!
