This wedding was a special one. Rochelle and I met nearly two years ago. The Lord saw it fit that we lead a small group together through our women’s bible study. I was her assistant and this relationship far exceeded what I could have ever envisioned for that year in bible study. I learned so much being in such close contact and proximity with this lovely lady who is after God’s heart. Such gracious, inward beauty shines forth from Rochelle and it is obvious how much she loves the Lord — with all her heart, mind, strength and soul.

Knowing parts of her story and getting to see parts of how God brought Marlon into Rochelle’s life encouraged my faith in waiting for the right man and the husband God sees fit for me. Their union is one ordained by the Lord Himself and to be asked to document such a day and be a witness to the covenant making and vows between these two was truly an honor. It brought tears to my eyes to watch their worship and honor given humbly back to the Giver of all good things, the Giver of the gift of marriage knowing that for a man to have found a wife is a good thing.
”He who finds a wife finds a good thing,
And obtains favor from the Lord.” Proverbs 18:22

Praying for overflowing joy, continual strength through the storms, and favor all the days they walk hand in hand, shoulder to shoulder as they labor in love and truth for the Kingdom as husband and wife.
